I have a commercial rental property which I am debating on paying off.

Economists, housing advocates, and everyday homeowners engaged in debate about its potential impact on affordability, long-term debt, and its implications among investors. 

No background in real estate what so ever, but I'd like to get more familiar with it.

I’m not very familiar with this process.Has anyone gone through this before or knowledgeable about how it works?

I’m not familiar with Texas law, but I doubt merely having a contract allows you to record something.

Could be a solid starting point for building relationships and learning directly from people already active in the space.Moreover, while it can be debated, for what it’s worth, I think the two most complex parts of flipping are 1) sourcing adequate deals and 2) managing your contractor team.

Philly also has some unique title and transfer tax quirks, so make sure you’re working with an attorney or title company familiar with creative financing.

Can anyone recommend a good real estate agent in Joshua tree that has sold to STR investors and familiar with str market and zoning?

Knowledge is key, so familiarize yourself with your state's laws regarding wholesaling.
