I wouldn't recommend land flipping as a business plan unless you are very specialized and have end buyers and are doing large institutional tracts of land  AS I said in another post on this thread.. while there are a lot of folks trying this there are those that do very well and I fund a few that do very well on scattered parcels.

Super useful if you want to keep a paper trail.Tax Help – All income and expenses are tracked by property, and you can export reports for tax filing, which has made things much smoother come tax time.Overall Management – What I like most is that it’s made self-managing feel a lot more professional and less scattered—especially as I grow.There are other tools like Buildium and TenantCloud, but those can be a bit heavy or pricey if you’re managing just one or a few properties.
