The few that were more than 10% above market average once corrected began to perform a lot better.Likely you will find no smoking gun to support your conclusion, and it is unfortunate Airbnb makes changes in the shadows and has a constantly evolving business plan (and algorithm).

I think if you are selling a house that is your primary residence I feel a realtor is not as necessary in some areas and rural communities and a realtor can be useful if you are running and gunning on multiple deals.
