So yes your debt is tech higher, but the income balances it and the ratio ends up being the same if not better. 

There is a diverse job market here between hospitals, tech jobs, and universities and still seeing people moving into the area.

There are tech tools that can handle specific tasks as well: Turno (cleaner mgmt), Avalara (taxes), Guesty, Hospitable (guest communications).
