That's fine that's how it goes, but had i realized what was happening sooner, I'd have spent those earlier years like some of my peers in a tech sales roll with scaleable income.

It seems a little tough to get the realtors adopt the new tech, but there is demand for such explorations. 

I bet you heard but the market around those areas are booming right now, especially since it is a buyers market, it gives you an advantage to get better deals from sellers while people are continously moving there, especially for jobs like tech, logistics, etc. 

I am NYC based with a solid W2 job in tech and I own one out ofstate rental property.
