James' attacks on users have resulted in very awkward situations, similar to this one, but they have also potentially prevented investors from losing tons of money by getting into business with the wrong people.In fact, a while back, a fairly famous and powerful person (who actually still has a podcast!)

Hotels are famous for this listing a lower daily rate and adding “resort”, “facility”, “prime”, “extra person”, “access” fees, etc.

They set up LLCs and purchase insurance in hopes of being protected when something goes wrong, yet they spend little time identifying the operational risks that are most likely to trigger those liabilities in the first place.While LLCs are valuable for business structuring and privacy, and insurance is essential, both are frequently misunderstood and improperly utilized.

Think, it's like Einstein being famous because he'd say "pull my finger" before he farts..... 

A famous quote: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” is commonly known as The Golden Rule.

(I won't get started on how Furnished Finder is often misunderstood, and people don't have success with it because they are misusing it.)

Like everything else that has potential benefits, it is badly overhyped and misunderstood.

I know when people are famous this is very hard to do.

In fact I suspect some people - I'm not necessarily saying ODC people - set out to become "famous" on BP, podcasts and other areas purposely to attract capital for dubious "investments".
