Curious what made you decided to operate the house yourself instead of Oxford House or another tenant organization who specializes in this?

I am thinking about organizing a master class at Foxwoods casino with a field trip to distressed homes to sole this challenge.would wholesalers be willing to spend $500 to strengthen their numbers and increase their credibility?

Cumming is a very far out suburb. its 40 miles away in heavy traffic. probably 1.5 hours in rush hour traffic.

Traffic seems thinner than I remember.Just curious how everyone is finding deals these days?

It’s been on the market for a little over 2 weeks, and while the listing has gotten a lot of traffic and showings (even labeled a “Hot Home” on Zillow), we haven’t received any offers yet.The home has been extensively upgraded and shows beautifully.

I am on the board of the RPAWI in Milwaukee (a non-profit landlord organization) and have enough exposure to landlord-tenant law and the cases of our members (and a few of my own) to say evictions are very complex, the circumstances vary so much, the devil is in the details and it even varies by county.
