So there are two specific instances whereby operating the BUSINESS of a STR as a separate entity from the property ownership can be beneficial.First, as to liability having a SPV lease the property from you as an individual property owner can provide a line of defense should someone sue for issues relating to the operating STR (Airbnb) business.
