What's the ONE task that takes you 2+ hours every week that you wish could be automated or streamlined?

I'm specifically looking for:

  • The exact process (step-by-step what you do)
  • How often you do it
  • What tools you currently use (if any)
  • What makes it painful/time-consuming
  • How much you'd pay to solve it

Example: 'I spend 3 hours every Sunday manually updating my deal pipeline spreadsheet by copying data from 5 different websites, cross-referencing comps, and calculating ROI scenarios. I use Excel + manual research. It's painful because I have to context-switch between so many tabs and redo calculations. I'd pay $50/month for something that automated this.'
