The weekly draw is only paid on proof of work completed video and photos sent as verification.No one works for free, that would make me a little hesitant based on what he said.

Umbrella coverage is merely additional GL coverage that's only relevant if you exhaust your GL limit coverage.

I take the info relevant to me and leave the rest.

They are agents and lenders, but have they actually done a successful Brrrr ever or more relevant in the last couple years?

Something relevant that comes to mind for this portion of the book is equity gain as opposed to monthly cash flow in real estate.
