@Christina Galdieri, credit unions are generally not the best place to get DSCR loans as they don't specialize in them so the terms are less favorable to the borrower.

The best way to do it is no mortgage....Second best way I'd say is conventional mortgage...Third best way is a refi with local credit union....Coming up the rear is HML DSCR....
