It's pretty low as they often fall on the side of business.As Joe mentioned, some attorneys and accountants do lean toward complicated structures simply to run up the bill on the clock.

Very large commercial loans many times will have a flat 10 to 30k up front fee.. but those are companies that are easily verifiable.100% financing with a unsecured NOTE is simply a scam..
