I have tried looking into other ISP's, but most of them (Spectrum, CenturyLink, T-Mobile, Verizon) don't even service my property yet because we don't have fiber laid yet. 

When you sell the property, is the buyer given a general warranty deed and able to obtain title insurance?

If the home still has active knob-and-tube (K&T), most insurers and lenders will flag it.

If it’s cheaper and easy to obtain I’d be interested but if it’s expensive and or cumbersome I will buy with cash.
