Hi,I'm trying to get a job as a leasing consultant to start my journey into real state, you guys think its a good way to start?

But, being INTERESTED in a job is completely different than being good at, and enjoying DOING the job.

Right now I am forced to work a job that has nothing to do with what I want to do in life so that I can pay bills.

I am trying to be on the cutting edge as the entire job landscape in America changes with AI and automation. 

I worked a full time job my first year in real estate, and I drove for dollars for the first 6 months but didn't get any results.

My PM said not to worry because the government pays his rent, but I am concerned that he has no job and makes $900/month in SSI.
