I have a planned trip to go out there this week I am definitely going to put eyes on the proeprties before anything I was just looking for a recommendation to have an overall feel of what to expect when I arrive.

any help would be appreciated to hopefully get my first rental by September  Most agents that work with investors will be able to guide you on which neighborhoods are not great for out of state investors that are new to the market.
