I understand that there can be liability issues for landlords in answering these types of questions.

They have a very good rate on the house and I think they should rent however they are the type of people that don't take risks very often.

Realistically, I just don’t see 30 days as “medium” term, I think 30-60 days is still short term, but since legally most jurisdictions regard 30day minimum different from hotel type rentals, it’s easy, if not totally correct, to apply as a definition.  

You can filter home type to lots and land and see your competition.

What type of meters are installed now?
