Budget and Pet Friendly is going to be easiest found on zillow; these criteria vary way too much from property to property to note it by cityMany PMs/landlord will take larger security deposits (2x rent is the legal limit for SD), especially if you haven't recently missed payments as your credit history will show your last X payments and if they were timelyIncome for self-employed: bank statements, venmo/cashapp history, quarterly tax filings, or paying more than 1 month rent in advance could be strategies, but bank statements are the big one.

I have 2 ideas for paying that debt (if those interest rates are high): one is that if your husband has a 401k at his employer, he could take out a loan (which typically has a very low interest rate) and use that money to pay off the debt or most of it.
