I have not had much success as the town does not want it to be zoned as a triplex (even though there is a huge shortage of rentals, it is walkable/right next to an MBTA commuter station, and Massachusetts is now allowing home owners to renovate single family homes into having "accessory dwelling units" but apparently does not apply to duplex to triplex conversions.)

They are great resources for end tables, console tables, small shelving units, benches, dining chairs, side seating, ottomans, pillows, bedding, lamps, artwork, and of course household goods and accessories at decent rates and bonus, the furniture is pre-built so your not spending time building the furniture.

Ive found people to be more successful with duplexes and single families with accessory units than tri's and quad's.
