Anyone have experience buying service based businesses to scale?

We want to make the best decision based on our circumstance, but we feel that there are an overwhelming amount of options on the best path forward.  

But I’ve worked with Easy Street Capital (based in Texas), and never had this kind of issue.In short: if you're an LA-based investor and receive an unsolicited offer from MoFin Lending promising better terms — proceed with extreme caution.

If your underwriting is based on what the seller is paying today, you’re not analyzing the deal.

I’m based in Charlotte, NC and looking to scale my portfolio by investing in Columbus.

Tampa, FL - several major hospitals, MacDill Air Force Base, professional sports and universities and colleges.

I have also been reading books and forums on real estate investing and decided that I should invest in rental properties near military bases since military personnel have BAH (Basic Allowance for Housing) and stable job and would make great tenants.

We have some people who are employees and some who are commission based 1099 (brokers).
