JD, don’t disagree on some of the points you’re making above on responsive Web versus mobile app development, but it all comes down to level of engagement and what you’re looking to do with a site or service.

I have written a less sophisticated web crawler but for different purposes.

Because there are nuances to seller financing, a lot of space would need to be devoted to covering the subject to make sense, and that requires sitting down to a cup of coffee for a long discussion.
