Thanks for the reply, I didn't buy the course so I don't know all the in's and outs, but I'm just not sure how he gets people to give title to their property up ffor $50 or $100 dollars which is what his sales pitch says when I listened to his broadcast on this system....

I don't really broadcast my info here because I am here to help not treating this as interview where I need to document my education/experience.I really just hang out in the new post section and help out where I can.

That's why I listened in on @Jason Hsiao's zoom broadcast thing the other day, because his guest was @Jay Hinrichs who has been in it for like 5 economic cycles and survived. 

And because this is so heavily broadcast many people accept it as the only way to life.It'd be interesting to know the stats on how much people take in each day of each category.

There has not been a single broadcast that has not provided me value or that I felt was a waste of my time.

I came across a recorded radio broadcast from two experts on the current strong market and how this may come to an end starting 2015. 

I’ve also used their listing service which broadcasts to a number of national real estate sites.
