I have compassion for those sick and I would work with a situation like this to create a workable repayment sturcture. 

What they fail to recognize is the stories of landlord kindness and compassion.

I do not like residents reciting code to me PERIODIf it breaks on you, you fix it - make all reasonable effortsCommunicating with residents and a little compassion go a long way during a crisisIf you decide not to keep said resident, start planning now for better days aheadIf you decide to renew, make it on your terms, there is a "new sheriff in town"Know your market as far as asking for first, last, security, move in fees, etc.Offering a little upfront now may prevent them asking for a lot laterKnow your state code: tenant/landlord, building, fire, board of healthALWAYS have a planAt the end of the day having to pay $100 bucks to keep residents happy may be worth it.

I really do appreciate the compassion from each and everyone of you. 

I must say, I was very impressed by the passion and compassion from everyone.

I don't think there are many here who would knowingly pass along untruths however.I'd have to say too integrity depends on the moral compass.

You can have good intentions, be a great guy, have a moral compass, think you're acting fairly and ethically and not be if you fail to understand all of the ramifications of your actions.

It's heartbreaking to me that the younger generation doesn't understand what made America great, and it was Americans spirit of hard work, compassion for others (we give more to other countries than anyone) and patriotism and pride in America (which for the most part has been lost) That's why everyone is beating down our door to get here, yet we are destroying it. 

We do not have competitions as the art is based around compassion and protecting your attacker.
