@Nicholas Minich - I think the project management of the renovation process is the biggest area that is underestimated.

So my last email to him was I told that I already took care of it and just to let me know what else needed to be done so we could finish this process

I am trying to figure out what exactly I need to assign them to make my process run smooth.

I’m trying to avoid listing with an agent and doing showings, out of respect for the tenants and to keep the process simple.
