If a "no money down" deal lands in your lap and it works, great, but don't go forward thinking that's the way to financial freedom, because it'll more likely keep you on the sidelines. 

This is antigen to the pursuit of financial FREEDOM, freedom is independence.

Where these numbers are found, there is a very high rate of rent actually being paid.We have over a dozen Fortune 500 companies just in Metro Detroit with huge Healthcare, Auto, and mortgage industry National footprints.

The healthcare traveling industry is also nowhere near its peak, so I would do some thorough research about rental rates, vacancy rates, surrounding hospitals and/or bases to see about who would potentially rent from you.

The nicest car, their dream house, the perfect job, cashflowing properties, tons of equity and financial freedom tomorrow.The fact is, those things are desirable because they're hard to obtain.
