My thoughts are this, if you were to dish out the money for classes, and pass them, then get approved for your license by the state you're all good to go..

She appreciated the discussion we had about most garbage should go in the trash and it works best if you use it for rinsed of your dishes after that. 

With 5 children to wash dishes for, I feel like I'm living in the kitchen to keep everything clean and the cockroaches in check.

Not to go too far afield from the original question but this town is different from any other towns with trains because we are  our own little slice or paradise...when you throw your line in the ocean you pull out a plump tasty fish and when you scatter some seeds you grow our own special datil peppers to make a tasty hot datil sauce to brush on your tasty fish...and then throw some oysters and clams on the beach fire grill...we have oceans where you can surf and skim board and Intracoastal where you can Kayak and windsurf  and marshes where you can see pretty pink spoonbills and historic streets and buildings where you can dress like a pirate and drink rum and go argggg....when you can live here NO ONE I repeat NO ONE wants to live by the tracks...so to the original poster I say I would NOT buy anything on the railroad tracks ! 

I provide stove, refrigerator and dish washer.

I'd love to have one, though, again, because it would free up my counter of the dish drainer which you pretty much have to leave out all the time, if you don't have a dishwasher.Shower enclosure - could not care less.  

Make a report to the HOA don't tell her about it.Dishwasher - For the rinse in your dishwasher to work correctly you must remove all food particles from your dishes prior to washing.

The furnished units would come with the following  a sectional couch, beds, pictures on the wall, shower curtain, rugs, dishes , pots and pans, dining room set.. etc.. 

Also how are they flushing toilets washing dishes and doing laundry??

Are the landlords who dish the dirt on bad tenants guaranteed anonymity?
