I do this with undesirables moving in to my units.If you can serve the notice the police will arrest him for trespassing.

some CA investor got peeved and turned him in.. he got a cease and desist and then i created a funding mechinsim that kept him legal.. then he went on his own again started the same things and this time got arrested on a Friday night and spent the weekend in HInds county jail.. not pretty...

That's just my opinion.The above NJ statue states that if you audio record 1 word without you being party to that 1 word conversation or have consent to record, you are subject to arrest.
