There will be ups and downs (like the AirBnB property in Costa Rica where that woman was murdered and they arrested the security guard) but by and large I think it is here to stay.

And he does it again he gets turned in again.. and he gets criminal complaint was arrested on a Friday spent the entire weekend in the HInds county jail not pretty.. 

Times article mentioning him being arrested (again) in Las Vegas last summer on suspicion of drug trafficking.

I do this with undesirables moving in to my units.If you can serve the notice the police will arrest him for trespassing.

@Diana Johnson In my opinion, the 4 arrest means one thing, she is not a stranger to being arrested.

some CA investor got peeved and turned him in.. he got a cease and desist and then i created a funding mechinsim that kept him legal.. then he went on his own again started the same things and this time got arrested on a Friday night and spent the weekend in HInds county jail.. not pretty...

Or if I changed the locks, and they kick the door in...would I have legal right to arrest them for trespassing, etc

That's just my opinion.The above NJ statue states that if you audio record 1 word without you being party to that 1 word conversation or have consent to record, you are subject to arrest. 

They would get arrested.
