In the next few weeks I will be working for Enterprise as a Management Trainee. 

It's tough to compete.I agree but I do see deals all the time, I track it on a daily basisnot impossible doing it solo but would be very risky in my opinion, i'm a realtor and have my appraisal trainee license as well, my dad is a retired GC and I've been around and involved in real estate my whole life but I would really like to team up with a group or an investor who I could helphave you ever door knocked preforeclosures?

Around my neighborhood I see bandit signs advertising "Local investor seeks RE mentee/trainee".  

I was looking to see if there are any investors in my area looking for a trainee.

I did have to question the replacement of a window pane twice over the matter of three months and I haven't seen an issue since.My property here in Colorado - it's rented by a management trainee (24 year old kid right out of college) for the local meat packing plant.
