Growing up in South Florida, WATER has always been the buzzword: Waterfront, water view, water access...Since the sale, I have been searching the landscape, focused exclusively on the Florida east coastline, from the FL Keys, to Fort Lauderdale, all the way up to Jacksonville Beach.

Now something I did not know was that the many other homes not like this one but the nice palatial estates along the La Jolla cliffs that go for 10 million plus cannot be financed and must be purchased cash because that area is the fastest eroding coastline in the U.S. and parts of the houses up there frequently fall in the ocean.

@Jay Hinrichs One reason places need to cash flow in the twin cities area is that we do not get as much appreciation as the coastline or other larger areas.
