I ripped out sod and started building...Just before I was done, I moved to Houston.. where all the smarties gather in a place that starts with an "N" and ends with "ASA".Then I returned home to Florida for about a month and then I moved to Italy where I worked for a company tat starts it "I" and ends with "IT".Why am I telling you all this...THe house has 5 rooms so I rent out 4 of the 5 rooms, to researches (there is a robotic facility in Pensacola that hired students and PH.D. researched on a temp basis.

Could I earn money with it now, Sure can and HUD rental prices have moved up to pay me $1,200.00 per unit as compared when I purchased it even had I been able to fix it up the rents would not have paid more than $700.00/mo. per unit.You have to learn to be fluid and not view real estate investing from such a robotic point of view.
