The pools and shade options make it so much easier for people to enjoy the summers too. 

You can often reface exiting cabinets instead of replacing.If you are using any white paint, consider Benjamin Moore Decorator’s White, it’s a classic shade that you can use repeatedly in other rooms & properties.  

I would just order as needed.Here in socal, I have tall fescue grass, and I like to grow it long during the hot summer to keep the soil moisture and shade, and to help prevent weed overgrowth.

Not my intent to throw shade here, because Rob seems like a great guy, and I haven't seen his course, but he recently did his video where he shared his STR revenue and it was really underwhelming compared to what most hosts are doing on similar properties. 

I have all natural woodwork and paints in tan to off white work much better than 50 shades of grey.
