Are there devices that can be installed in a residence that can conclusively there was continuous smoking in the residence? 

Those guys can then view their individual workorder lists from their mobile devices.

Like required text notification w pin every time you open one of these apps from new device.

Hi @Jason Mcdaniel, I have a web app that is designed to work great on mobile devices that will allow you to organize your receipts, either by yourself, your company, a property, or a unit.

I understand an addendum to the lease would probably be a good idea that covers the situation of the tenant leaving the devices unconfigured (and open for anyone to control) and potential security / cost risk that may involve.

I haven't bought them yet, but in a thread here somewhere, someone mentioned a small tracking device, designed for pets, that could be hidden in appliances.

There locating devices that you use along with the scope to figure out exactly where the camera is and how deep it is.

@Steve Vaughan I'm not sure what how many posts you have has to do with anything besides showing how much time you spend in front of a computer or mobile device.

I have replaced many of the runs--largely the copper is at end of useful life, but also I have some electrolysis where an earlier owner hung the copper with a dis-similar metal and there is heavy corrosion.I also insulated all pipes and ventilate well in summer, cover vents for freeze months.And I had the PEX bid, two... but have not tackled it just yet...
