Only through a loophole did my Attorney get this preplanned scam by a Professional tenant thrown out.Call your Housing Court.I'd be surprised if this Tenant checks out on a Credit Check, Arrest Records, Housing Court Actions & Google.

I am not by any mean specialist in law and better to ask lawyer first but here are something that you might want to try :If you think she is endangering your life or other people life then call the police, if she threating you then you might be able to get her arrested or at least getting some police investigation going on, people who are involved in criminal or shady activities hate to see police ringing their door, infact she might leave very quickly if she know there is a police involvement.
