look around...you see we now live in police state its only matter time till you get arrested for breaking some made up unconstitutional rule and your welfare paid town ceo is wanna be cop itching extort more money from you to pay his salary. 

If you go into a restaurant and order a $12 meal and don't pay it's a crime and you'll probably arrested before you leave the parking lot.

Fast forward 21 days and the police bust the apartment door in and arrest him for drug trafficking and possession of a stolen firearm as a felon (according to the newspaper).

I’m not worried about getting arrested here and no one sues ever in this place.

One of them got arrested and the other one does not feel safe. and moved out.  

Now they are talking to one of those responsible for the film, he was picked but not arrested and the feds are wanting to find out if he violated his probation arising from other convictions.

I am not by any mean specialist in law and better to ask lawyer first but here are something that you might want to try :If you think she is endangering your life or other people life then call the police, if she threating you then you might be able to get her arrested or at least getting some police investigation going on, people who are involved in criminal or shady activities hate to see police ringing their door, infact she might leave very quickly if she know there is a police involvement.
