Terminex said the place is immaculate; it is newly renovated and well maintained.Two weeks later she asked me to have them come again and set up the appointment because Terminex put her on hold for twenty minutes.

When you have those two ingredients you can scale till the cows come home.You're twenty, I mean you are way ahead of the game already. 

This may be a bit of an exaggeration but the AI push is real with the industry expected to grow twenty-fold by 2030.
