Put in headphones when you are cooking breakfast and listen at double speed, and it is a great way to learn at an accelerated rate. 

I've checked into them myself, though a little larger, for possible use in a bed and breakfast I thought of doing at my house which sits on 20 acres.

@Josh Carpenter Many years ago I had wine and appetizers at my bed and breakfast every afternoon for my guests.
