I have the opportunity to buy a bed and breakfast and was wondering if anyone knows if you there are any issues with using Airbnb for bookings? My main concern is with collecting sales tax. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of situation?

I have seen many BnBs use Airbnb as a booking tool. Even if you are in an area where Airbnb collects sales tax on bookings for you, I would still register for a sales tax id with your state for bookings that come through other sites or directly on your own website.
