Of course he got twenty new users congratulating him on his success, but I think it was @Jay Hinrichs who asked a couple questions and realized how astray this poor sucker had been led.Some slick wholesaler had convinced him to trade the equity in his house for some of the toughest rentals in America, and not only that, he planned to remote-manage them with no onsite property manager from across the country.

hi allI know very litttle about US syndication but here we have the 2/20 rule two mil or twenty members before we have to be regulated.I am looking at a deal in the US right now and there is 5 in that groupwith 200k cash to put into the dealour s are very small syndicates and they are using self managed super funds moneyI find the larger investors don't wish to sit with a smaller investor and this requires you to put investors together which are investing similar amountswe have a few different groups that invest in different areaswe are looking at taking our system to teh US and hopefully a few US investors will invest in australia thru our systemsbut we don't market we have investors that come off boards and ask to invest with the group
