I ask guests to take out their trash before they leave, and run the dishwasher, so there are no dirty dishes, food or garbage left out.

I'm sure they'd be grateful for a takeout meal on their landlord and it eases the burden of making a meal without a stove (and fewer dishes to wash by hand), even if for one evening.

All the while you are dishing out money to keep the machine going, but nothing's coming in.

What DO you do when you need to buy new toilet paper or dish towels?  

It is $500 start up costs for the dish and $100/mo after that.

However, the average American cannot afford to have a penthouse at the Ritz for a week nor should they dish out all of their equity to Wallstreet. 

That being said, people can definitely be messy and I find myself doing a good portion of the dishes.

And they are pretty tasty, which is why I love investing in this market and helping my clients do the same!
