Synteko is great stuff but the smell will make you pass out.   

Check for possible transfer taxes, title insurance updates, or insurance changes.

First, as has been pointed out, you can set up an LLC in FL, even if you do not have an address there to provide.

In all fairness, I have never participated in their mastermind group, but I have been pitched grossly over priced so called education programs from people that spend more time promoting and exaggerating what they’ve done in the hopes of getting a check from me with 5 zeros.

But I am pointing out that the entry point remains high comparatively speaking, it's saturated and competitive, and listing inventory and days on market is skyrocketing and outpaces anything else in TN or NC.
