Its not likely, but we shouldn't assume it'll be all butterflies and roses either. 

Others are the social butterflies of the street and will make their own introductions.

I feel confident but also some butterflies because I'm not good at speaking in front of people.

Rents for 2bd/1ba that are similar in that part of town go for 650-850 and 2% puts me around 618/month, so I am getting the butterflies in the stomach about this number crunching...hoping it will pan out.

Going up and knocking on the door certainly gave me the butterflies because you have no idea what you're getting yourself into. 

Point is - get over those butterflies in your stomach that are preventing you from walking right up to people and talking to them about the solution(s) you offer.You need a business card and or brochure to give people so they have a way to understand what you do and how to reach you at a later time.

What I failed to make clear in my post is that pre-foreclosures turning into foreclosures is a little like the worm turning into the butterfly.  

The struggle makes the butterfly capable of flying PLUS I don't want anyone to suffer because of my lack of experience if I generate more traffic than I can handle starting out.I want this so bad.
