The entire group of islands are still recovering from the damage inflicted by hurricane Irma.

I will admit my experience with containers is fairly jaded and part of that is self inflicted, but I currently have two 20' and one 40' containers sitting in a warehouse partially finished and they have been there for over two years. 

Do them a favor and hit them with a lowball offer and end the pain they inflicted on themselves!

I know I have foreclosed on over 300 land lords in the past 8 years. people from LA that just did not know what they did not know..I always tell folks in these markets buy north of a 100k and your in much better shape long term you get the much better tenant.. house is better ( of course as long as the TK company did not totally rip you off selling you a 60k home for 110k LOL).But people are wiser these days.. so hopefully less of the gross profit taking which happened over the years and was predominantly inflicted on CASH buying foreigners is over.

Still has to go through lengthy period of nonpayment of rent, legal costs, possible damage to your unit, damage inflicted on your good tenants, etc.If someone furnished false ssns, I will tell them if they are not out tonight, I will be down at the police station swearing out a criminal report.

The more people you reach the more brand damage you inflict (more people will be pissed at you and your brand by invading them with your intrusive marketing).Remember, if your conversion rate of cold calling is 0.1%... it IS 0.1% whether you make one call or you make 3000000 calls. it REMAINS 0.1%, while your costs goes up.

Especially when out on the field I see a bigger opponent (the market) that can inflict serious injury.

I think the problems that face wholesalers in general, are largely self inflicted.
