I also moved away from in-person meetings and only schedule them when absolutely necessary allowing me to fit more meetings in and reduced the time spent doing laundry as my "work clothes" are yoga pants.My travel last year was not as much as I had hoped… I took 8 weeks off and went to Boston twice, Denver twice, San Francisco, Phoenix, Detroit, and took a four-day motorcycle trip around lake Michigan.

If the tenants are a book store, video rental store and a retail electronics store I would adjust the return I  would require way up because there is a lot of risk in those type of tenants.If the tenants were a hot, new concept restaurant, a starbucks, a yoga studio and a nail salon right beside a popular bike trail I would up my price to $3.5 million :)

I work in tech and worry that I fit the Silicon Vally stereotype too neatly (chia breakfast pudding followed by a drive in the electric car to yoga???)
