I agree with Andrew, your definitely at the point financially where you could hire a maintenance guy to cover service calls, turnovers and regular upgrades to the properties. 

We are yet to receive security deposit as today has been 3rd day after signing the lease.Looking for suggestions on how to proceed in this situation.TIA
