little triumphs---------it took 2 yrs, but all planned. commercial and residential. residential avg days on market is days.it's the commercial that takes a while. and renovations ;)-------this is a temporary status we are acquiring another 50% vacancy multi!

Also...just checked your site and saw the kickstand for the rd250...i just sold my 2015 triumph bonneville out of necessity..and own a 74 cb360 i am trying to fix up...great minds

I thinks what you guys are doing is amazing, its great to hear other peoples mistake and also their triumphs, but most of all its their philosophy and how they got started, Im getting ready to close on a deal with week (or at least i hope i am) when i do i will keep you guys posted thru the process
