So if I'm profitable and growing in an area that realty trac claims sees 1.3% returns on flips.......I need to expand to the new England Area.I dont know how they compile the data, but to claim there were only 993 flips in Harris County in the last 12mo is pretty funny.

@Connor Golden While I’m not really finding any 1% rule deals currently on single family homes in my market in New England I’m still finding them on small multis.

As of this moment,  they're nomads, intending to hop from AirBnB to AirBnB in fun locations (presently in a quaint vacation spot in New England) once every couple months, getting a taste of the United States before settling...

I live in New England in a home which has lost value from the original sale price in 2008.

I have worked all over the New England Area but mainly focus on multi-families and creative developments in Providence, Newport, Block Island and throughout the Greater Boston Area.Such a fan of the Bigger Pockets books and Podcast.

We are getting to the same situations as Greece, Spain, england etc.

I used to own rentals in New England for years and after going through COVID, I vowed never to own another rental in a tenant-friendly state. 

I was born in England and moved to MN in 1998, the housing market of there is mindblowing to me.

I also recommend the allure vinyl for rentals. i live in new England and it can get really cold in the winter months so its pretty norm for bedrooms to have carpet especially in rentals.
