So if I'm profitable and growing in an area that realty trac claims sees 1.3% returns on flips.......I need to expand to the new England Area.I dont know how they compile the data, but to claim there were only 993 flips in Harris County in the last 12mo is pretty funny.

I also recommend the allure vinyl for rentals. i live in new England and it can get really cold in the winter months so its pretty norm for bedrooms to have carpet especially in rentals.
