@Paul Ewing The stuff they sell at HD and Lowes in a plastic bottle, that is then wrapped in a ziplock type bag screaming death on it works well also.  

This is helpful because you can send that info to the bid desks at Lowe's & HD for materials. 

Unfortunately that can happen in the middle of job and unless you are 5 min from the HD or lowes, it will suck.Buy all cordless as one type either DeWalt, Makita, Rigid, Ryobi etc....as they will have same battery types, but, for some tools it's better to have corded, like cutting and sanding tools, as they can drain batteries fast, so you may have a Sawzaw cordless for quick work(5-20min), but than also have a corded version for more lengthy projects(1hour+)Buy NOW....the XMAS sales are great to pick up 7-9 piece battery power tool sets by most popular brands, and that will have a tool bag or box with it and usually all the blades and bits you need to get started.

Scrub carpet by hand with sponge in Odeban carpet cleaner ($10 @ HD) & water mix.

If your funds are limited, you might be able to contact HD or any home improvement stores about applying for a CC which may have 0% interest for new applicants. 

When are HD and Lowes going to start offering reduced pricing?

i have personally never had that offer when it wasn't to compensate for some sort of red flag, ie: past evictions, felony conviction, sex offender, drug dealer, or prostitution/porn But who knows, there's a first for everything!

Are you referring to the large pieces that you order, or just just the smaller granite tiles you can pick up at HD installed with an epoxy grout?

If I really thought I was going to get fined and arrested I would go to the police station, explain that I was a landlord and that my tenants really needed the dryer because that one was dead and I am only going to HD and getting a dryer and bringing it there, and we will all maintain distance.
