Unless you're actively involved in the community or see growth (jobs, companies, big news, parks, recreation, events) coming I'd sell some properties.

My properties are rural recreation areas and north of $1million to attract the bigger families and higher $$$.

Mountains, lakes, woodlands and the Tennessee River accommodate numerous recreational activities.

There is also a big horse riding area and national recreational area within 30-45 minutes.
