They work in their sleep, so time is very precious to them.

It's virtually impossible to buy physical precious metals (for delivery) anywhere for any reasonable price. look at pretty much any asset.

And if a swap of powers is imminent, well buckle-up-buttercup cause no reason to NOT go hog-wild for those last precious weeks grasp power before transfer cause when it all comes a crashing down it's "see SEE, we said don't vote for him!". 

It preciously had a house on the land that was demolished prior to my purchase so the land has most of the first time taxes paid and has a proven viability.
