True I agree...just like people will spend $12 to see a movie , but not that same $12 to see a live performance or local band.

Watching this movie for the 1st time & can't help but think how Rob K was a big fan of fellow Michigan Michael Moore's movie.Loved how he documents real estate investors gobbling up properties for pennies on the dollar.

Well, that's slightly terrifying - all of my attic knowledge comes from scary movies.

The most successful movie producers don't spend time directing or acting in their productions (okay, other than Quentin Tarantino :).

Office Space is a great movie. :-)
