Buildings located within 3 miles of a coastline must have their first milestone inspection at 25 years.

As others have mentioned, the coastline is popular with STRs in both NC/SC.

The coastline from N_FL to Daytona has a lot to offer and the winter months can be a great time to be a buyer.

It also is somewhat difficult to explain the laws against foreigners owning coastline title in their own names.
