She did however have to deal with bat issues, and the fact that she had to remediate guano from the attic which can harbor dangerous fungi spores ect.In a home built between say '50s and '70s then asbestos may be a huge item to look for.

BB is similar - yes STR are popular, yes the town is somewhat friendlier, but after doing research, including talking to a couple guys I met on this site, again I could not find a PM that was lower than 30-35% monthly fees, which eradicated all profit.

It's always good to pad your budget by 20% for unexpected things.... you find asbestos, or as you start demo you find there is more termite damage or pest problems that have been eradicated but left residual damage, etc...
