We would not recommend conducting any fix and flip properties in your own personal name but rather through a corporate structure for more asset protection and tax mitigation so that you limit personal liability exposure with third parties as you do the two deals.

Look, I'm not saying this IS happening but, if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck.....I think the assumption that things "must correct" to bring back good financials for "main-street" operators is, well it's dangerous assuming I think.
