Look, I'm not saying this IS happening but, if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck.....I think the assumption that things "must correct" to bring back good financials for "main-street" operators is, well it's dangerous assuming I think. 

I do recognize the dangers of over leverage but high leverage does not equate to over leverage.
